Attended a 1Malaysia Sports Carnival thingy.
Then,
At the same time,
They were having some Basketball Tournament.
So,
I watched for a while.

The tournament was actually this,
The Banner actually states that this particular Basketball Tournament is for " BUKAN CINA"
I guess CINA ppl are the powerhouse of Basketball until they actually BAN them from joining.
